Ideally situated close to the shops of Whitehorse Road, the Balwyn cinema and the delightful boutiques and coffee shops of Maling Road, it is only 10 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD shops and theatres, which can be easily reached by tram along Whitehorse Road. The famous Maranoa Gardens and Beckett Park are within walking distance.
INDIVIDUAL AND TASTEFULLY APPOINTED APARTMENTS
All of our apartments are totally individual and tastefully appointed, with ensuites, built in robes, ample storage, tea making facility, central heating, air conditioning, private telephone connection, free wi fi. Many have commanding views of the Dandenong Ranges, Mt Macedon, the City or Arthurs Seat. A wide choice of size, location and aspect ensures that differing needs can be accommodated. The Lounges, dining room and library provide graceful surroundings for social gatherings, whilst the balconies, garden courtyard and grounds allow for pleasant outdoor relaxation.
The residents of The Connault experience a life-style free from the pressures of daily living and can come and go as they please to pursue whatever activities interest them.
SERVICED DAILY
Apartments are serviced daily, personal laundry attended to, and all meals provided by a qualified chef using fresh, seasonal ingredients and all dietary requirements can be catered for.
Visitors are welcome at any time.
CHEF COOKED MEALS ON SITE
Delicious meals are freshly cooked on site by the chef. The menu offers a variety of delicious old fashioned dishes but also adds a twist of modern for those with an adventurous appetite for something new. The menu is created and changed regularly in consultation with our residents and a dietitian.
All dietary requirements are catered for.
We are able to cater for various needs including residents with diabetes or those who require vitamised meals.
The main meals of the day are: breakfast which is served to your apartment allowing you to enjoy a slow relaxing start to your day, Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper.
Our main meal is served in the evening at 6.00pm
We serve alcohol with our evening meals and also at Happy Hour on Fridays at 4.00pm
There is also a private dining room available for reservation for those special occasions.
SECURITY
An emergency 24-hour call system adds to your security. Our fully trained staff members provide the highest level of personal care and are always on hand to assist you with your individual needs, whilst the rights of residents privacy and freedom of choice is respected at all times.
SOCIAL PROGRAM
The Connault arranges a program of social functions, group activities and outings. These may be talks by visiting speakers on topics of interest, theatre and shopping outings, pre dinner drinks, and movies.
