From the moment you approach the imposing entrance of The Connault you quickly realise we are a residence like no other. Situated in the spacious grounds of Melbourne’s second highest point, this historic mansion was once the family home of Oliver Gilpin, who built the property in the 1930s, creating an estate famed for its opulence and style.

The Connault offers both long and short term permanent and respite stays.

We also offer long term rental availability on specific apartments only. We are located only 10 km from Melbourne’s CBD shops and theatres which can be easily reached by tram along Whitehorse Road.

Our apartments are individually and tastefully appointed. All apartments have built in wardrobes, bar fridges, tea coffee making facilities, hydronic central heating, private telephone connection and are all self furnished. All apartments come with individual ensuites which feature staff call points and full safety features.

Apartments are serviced daily and personal laundry attended to.

A 24 hour emergency call system adds to your security. Our staff are available over 24 hours enabling them to quickly respond to any emergencies should they occur.
